I’m an advertiser, designer &
an all around creative person!
Being rather Type A with an eye for detail, has always been something that I thought would hinder me in my design. I'm beginning to think its actually done the opposite! As a Branding & Multimedia Manager I have found it to be an asset. In addition to the satisfaction that comes from creating, its always a plus to help a company create a unique brand presence for their audience.
My favorite thing about being in the creative field is the limitless possibilities that exist, I love how one day I can be working on a simple flyer & then the next create a multi-faceted program, with manuals, advertisements & photography.

In this day and age having an active web presence is essential to the livelihood of any company. Creating a website is simply the fastest way to get your brand known. This is where I come in, I can create fully responsive websites that allow for functionality and ease of use.
One of my strongest skills is cultivating a uniform presentation for a company's printed materials. This is essential for the recognition of any brand, whether its new to the marketplace or if it’s been around for decades.
This is where it all comes together. Yes it is important to create brand awareness, but what about finding the right target market, learning about your strengths and weaknesses and identifying competitors? I can create an integrative campaign that will attract customers and yield results.
Creating a unique identity is vital to the life of a company. It’s how customers distinguish your brand from a competitor. Brand identity is the first step to creating trust with your consumer base.
Crafting an effective layout is where branding and copywriting merge. Layout can refer to that of an advertisement or the construction of a website. Nonetheless my layouts will generate interest in not only your brand and products but your company.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and whoever "they" are, is certainly right. I'll add lively copy to your graphics, which is necessary when creating direct mail pieces, advertisements, web page content and your company’s tagline.
"Architecture in general is frozen music."

After earning my cosmetology license, I decided to obtain my Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, which I earned in March 2010. I then decided to go after a degree in Web Design. Eventually I want to get a Masters in Consumer Psychology and then maybe a PhD too, I might end up as a lifelong student, which is OK with me!
I have worked as a freelance designer but mostly for print and occasional web elements. I am currently working at Interactive Metronome as the Branding & Multimedia Manager. I deal with a lot of web-oriented projects such as designing emails for newsletters with Pardot. I even make updates to our company's websites using the CMS, Joomla.
Lately I have been monitoring our social media channels. I also create print ads and flyers for our trade shows.
In addition, I have a few web projects I'm currently working on that I am really excited about, iHeartShoes.com and Betsy’s Upholstery.com.
If someone asked me my passion, it would have to be all things creative: art, design, creating one of a kind pieces, anything that pops into my head really. Creativity is truly limitless, and I think I have found some really exciting ways to showcase my skills while helping clients and employers appeal to their customers.
"I often think that the night is more alive and
more richly colored than the day."
